Introductory options are offered to help you begin therapy with confidence and ease. They offer an opportunity to explore various therapeutic pathways, understand what feels like the right fit, and discuss your goals in a supportive environment. This approach ensures you can enter the therapeutic process feeling informed, grounded, and well-supported.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy supports individual adults (18+) who are seeking meaningful connection—with themselves, with others, and with nature. Clients may come for support with feeling disconnected from themselves, stress and anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, attention difficulties, or personal growth. Through flexible session formats — in-person (Couch Sessions), outdoor (Nature Sessions), or online (Virtual Sessions) — you can choose the environment that best supports your comfort and therapeutic goals. Therapy in Nature
Therapy held in nearby outdoor settings such as trails, parks, or private green spaces. This can include walking, strolling, or simply sitting in nature to support the therapy process. These sessions allow you to experience therapy in a less structured, nature-rich environment that fosters mindfulness, grounding, emotion regulation, and relaxation. The natural environment serves as a co-facilitator of healing, offering a calming, restorative space for insight and growth. *Please note, an initial indoor session—either couch or virtual—is required before scheduling an outdoor session.

Couple Therapy
Support for couples to improve communication, deepen emotional intimacy, and navigate conflict or life transitions together, while making space for themselves individually. Work with couples includes all partnerships regardless of gender, sexual orientation or relationship structure. Whether in-person (Couch Sessions) or online (Virtual Sessions), Couple Therapy integrates evidence-based methods such as Gottman-informed interventions to strengthen connection and mutual understanding with practical tools. Even relationships that need to dissolve, require support to do so in a healthy way for all involved.
